im also having the same problem once clicking a server everything dissapears except the logo and mute and back drop

I am having the exact issue as well where stuck on the background screen with the logo on the left and speaker icon on the right.

I have also tried as well choosing the repair option, and selecting different servers all without any success.

This sounds like an asset issue, perhaps something hasn't come down right to the launcher. You can delete sharedassets3 or another asset and relaunch launcher this may repair the issue. Let me know.

I tried this as well, including disabling my AV/Firewall and no success.

I got the same problem so I deleted one of the asset files and... it won't repair. I'm gonna try a fresh install and see if that works better.

I had the same problems...Honestly I just keep deleting the entire folder and then unzipping the file again. The last time I made sure that my AV was disabled and made sure that once I unzipped it I took the STNWIN64 folder out of the folder with the same name. So that I did not have to double click STNWIN64 and then open another folder called STNWIN64 to get to the launcher. So I guess try that. It did take me a few tries. I hope you get it.

Looks like due diligence paid off. I ended up deleting my download and re-downloading the launcher again in which case it resolved the issue instead of selecting the repair option <again>.

So apparently the previous download was messed up.

i've spoken with @JB_ and the Devs (@Jayty ) are on the situation.

not official:
they think it's a network issue, and after some (many attempts at many fixes) while JB and i were talking, they think it's on their end somewhere .....

be patient and hopefully the patch update (next day or so) will fix the issue

HEY HEY FOLKS !!!!!

update (unofficial)
so .... this may not work for every one .... BUT i finally broke down,
called my provider and asked for a fresh IP address
restarted my computer ....
2 more times loading in and getting hung up, the 3rd time i managed to get on a server and play around about 30 mins before testing the new 'suicide'command ..... going back in for a 2nd attempt
