Don't hold your breath.
I run IGR.me and I am looking for someone to write about STN. A complete features section of the site covering anything about the game you like. If you are interested let me know here. The site does not make money (it costs me money) so you would do this because you want to talk about a game you are into. I would prefer if you knew your stuff though, someone particularly up on things and if more than 1 or 5 people want to collaborate then that is cool too.
Tomorrow is April Fools day maybe sometime April?
The backers key will be available at 5 pm today, enjoy !
April fool !!! lmao
Jo this was good lol
Not something I'm familiar with, but I do like the idea of us as a community keeping together to produce tips / lore / the backstory to help everyone get the most out of the game. After all, there's only a small team of dev.s actually writing the game, so we're all here to help!
The question has to be, why use IGR.me when we have these forums? Have I missed something?
I love that
think what he was talking about was to post a article about STN to bring more hype to this train... i could be wrong tho
Ye the fourms seem like a good place to do it, I mean we already are making our own fan lore and stories and I personally am enjoy the road it's going down would any one else agree?
I agree, and I'm quite intrigued to see how it ends... if we even do.
Hey guys, I was just lazy surfing over the STN twitter and screenshot updates, and I noticed something I had a question about and maybe a feature "request". I noticed a dolly that you could "lift heavy items with" and I was sort of imagining a fridge for example that somebody wanted to move - lets just say they had the dolly and they could move it, but what if they didn't? Would it be just unmovable or would there be a feature like in real life where you COULD (but slowly) push and tug and move it inch by inch where you wanted it. Just something that popped in my head and I thought it would be a cool addition!
I wonder how it's going to end too I really have no clue if we all die or live but either way it should be a good ending I have faith in @Dr. J, @LonelyBeaver, and I on the way we make our ending come out. Also whoever else decides to join the adventure as we go if anyone does.
No Zombies attacking machinery, it is the flesh they should be after. Plus this is adding more features to the game for a small team of devs. The original features of the game planned should be reached, maybe when the game is actually up and running add in later.
Like you (perhaps?) I can get a little lazy - can you find the link to that post and chuck it in a reply here, please?
As with all software projects, the 'journey' is never ending!
The posts we're making in the 'player created lore' thread are, I believe, only to build up the hype and backstory ... We're all doing our little bit to bring this game to life.
@AerynSuun is right, though. We need to give the devs. (and the forum mods) some space and time to bring us the game without the hassle of constantly asking for new features.
We can give them 'that grief' after the game goes to alpha [LOL]
Sorry everyone, I'm having problems with my default browser (again) - this post isn't displaying correctly.
I actually can't find it again - but it was just a simple snapshot of what looked like part of a dev update, (just like what you can find in the bottom of the Media section on main Website) but I am not sure if it was posted by the devs or by a member just in the same style as the snapshots. I don't remember any separate post about it so I think it was just the picture.
I think it will be implemented as a usable item, in one of the concept vids ( ) you can see them wheeling planks around in a wheel barrow, around 1:55.
Probably not a far stretch to get the dollys working as you would expect
Im sorry for the really retarted question, I this game out yet or are there just alot of screenshots and shit, because i have not received my copy?
