So for this, It shouldn't be an actual stat. It should be based on environments and possibly wounds. The closer a zombie, more zombies, or maybe even other players, it should make you shake if aiming, increase stamina a little bit if running or even slower crafting.

I just imagine a zombie running towards you and you aim and slowly the closer he gets without dying with shots, the more you shake and the more stress takes an effect on you. The more zombies around you, if you are trying to make traps before the assault, it takes longer to make because of knowing you're surrounded and hearing them. If you are exploring buildings alone and you hear a zombie / player walking or scavenging, you start to breathe heavier, possibly giving up your position and/or presence.

This shouldn't be anything game changing in particular, nor should it show up in the journal or conflict with your mental state too much. Just something that gets you more immersed and gives the game a little bit more "Umph" in detail.

The effects don't have to be crazy insane to the point to where it makes it really hard to play, though that should be an option for hardcore players in game options / settings for individual gameplay.

What does everybody think?
